MyRewards is a membership scheme for our current account and credit card customers. It allows you to earn related Rewards in a variety of ways such aswhen you pay Direct Debits, spend with your debit or credit card or log in to the mobile app.

You can watch your Rewards grow in the app and when you have more than 5.00 in Rewards you can choose to covert them into money to bank, trade or donate.

Who can earn Rewards?

You can earn Rewards if you're a UK resident and have:

  • a Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward or Premier Reward Black account, or
  • a Reward or Reward Black credit card.

How to earn Rewards

The way you can earn Rewards will be different depending on which current account or credit card you have with us. Here are examples of how you earn Rewards with your personal current account.

Earn £4 in Rewards a month

Pay 2 or more Direct Debits from your Reward account – 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each.

Earn £1 in Rewards a month

Simply by logging into your mobile banking app once a month. App criteria apply.

MyReward membership FAQs

Do MyRewards membership benefits expire?

No, your Rewards won't expire. There is no time limit to exchange or trade up your Reward balance.

If you’ve traded up your Rewards for an eGift card, please check the ‘Your MyRewards Trade Up’ email containing your code for the expiry date.

I've forgotten my MyRewards membership log in details. What should I do?

Great news, MyRewards members no longer need to reset their password to access MyRewards. Just scroll to the MyRewards membership section once you've logged in to the app, then tap earn Rewards, exchange Rewards or view statement.

If you want to visit MyRewards on a web browser, and have forgotten your password, you can reset it. You'll need the email address you use to log in, the debit or credit card linked to your MyRewards account and your date of birth.Resetyour password.

I traded up my Rewards, but I've not received my eGift card/code?

When you trade up your Rewards you should check the following:

  • Check we have the correct email address registered for you at MyRewards. This may be different from the one we have on our bank records. Log in to MyRewards then tap My Account > Your Personal Details to check.
  • Check your spam folder.
  • Some small and workplace email providers may block MyRewards emails. Please check the security settings on your email account, or update your email address to ensure you are able to receive MyRewards emails.

After following the steps above, please contact us if you need us to resend your eGift card(s).

I think I'm missing some Rewards?

Log in to MyRewards and tap on My Account at the top left of the screen. Tap 'Report Missing Transaction'. Read through the FAQs, and if you still want to log a missing transaction, tap the 'View Form' link and complete the required details.

Will we have joint Rewards if we have a joint NatWest current account?

No. Each joint account holder will have their own MyRewards balance and can manage this through their NatWest mobile app.

When your Reward current account was opened or converted, you would have elected a joint account nominee to receive the rewards for your Direct Debits and mobile app login.

You can change the nominee by logging in to MyRewards directly through our secure mobile banking app* orby pressing here(opens in a new window), and go to the Linked cards and Accounts section.
